Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by handling documentation, conducting orientation, and ensuring new hire integration.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes, coordinating feedback collection, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and culture-enhancing initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce trends, and contribute to process improvement strategies.
- Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Leverage HR technology and automation tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance overall HR operations.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Open to graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025, available for full-time employment.
