Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Human Resource entry level graduates to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have a passion for HR and are eager to start their careers. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by handling documentation, conducting orientation, and ensuring new hire integration.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits while ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes, coordinating feedback collection, and supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and culture-enhancing initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce trends, and contribute to process improvement strategies.
  • Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Leverage HR technology and automation tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance overall HR operations.

Key Skills & Eligibility:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Open to graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025, available for full-time employment.
